Rajendra Pachauri, chairperson of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Rajendra Pachauri, the Indian head of the United Nations panel on Climate Change, continues to use the ruse of “Global Warming” for selfish gain.  Click HERE for the complete story.

When Al Gore Excepted the shared Nobel Peace Prize with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Rajendra Pachauri excepted the award for the IPCC for “their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change.”-Nobel Prize Committee

Progressives find that by using the mechanics of granting ”Amnesty” to millions of illegal aliens they would be able to sneak socialism through the back door.  (And, furthermore, if you remember during the Bush administration, there were even some Republicans that considered Amnesty.)

Thank you, Mr. Frank, for proving positive the “stand” that progressives use when answering legitimate questions asked by legitimate U.S. citizens on the policies of the liberal administration.  You have legitimatized Darkwater Retreat’s past articles on the tactics progressives use to remain aloof on issues concerning liberal policies.  Or maybe just the fact that you don’t have any real answers.  As in a video just published in Political Driveby, the Democrat from the 23rd District in Florida, Representative Alcee Hastings, in his own words states, ”…  when the deal goes down, all of this talk about all the rules, we make ‘em up as we go along…”

WASHINGTON – Science, many scientists say, has been restored to her rightful throne because progressives have regained power. Progressives, say progressives, emulate the cool detachment of scientific discourse. So hear now the calm, collected voice of a scientist lavishly honored by progressives, Rajendra Pachauri.

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “press on” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”-Calvin Coolidge

This is the type of thinking we endorse here at  Darkwater Retreat.  Thank You, California Red.

I would like to see the conservative movement capitalize on the exposure of climate-gate and the rest of the bogus claims. We should stand up to protect our enviroment. We could promote energy efficiency, the expanded use of nuclear energy, and use of renewable resources where possible. We (conservatives) come across as wanting to scorch the earth when I know that is not true. We should be pro-enviroment in a way that does not cripple business and is not a governmental power grab. Many conservatives I know want to “conserve” our enviroment. We should show the world that we are good stewards with a common sense approach to energy production and enviromental protection
